Swinging with Addison

What a crazy and fun past few days! We left Wednesday night for Conyers, GA where John had a meeting the next day. So, Thursday morning I loaded up the kids and headed to Charlotte to visit and Alisa and family. What should have been a four and half hour trip took six hours - but we all got there safely. We stayed with Alisa and Marcus until Saturday afternoon, which was great! Warren got to hang out with Addison and go to the playground and pool. Friday night we went to their restaurant and ate some delicious sushi (along with dessert, wine, appetizers, etc. Marcus will you open a restaurant in Gainesville?:)
Then Saturday afternoon, we headed to Lexington for a wedding. I wish I had taken more pictures but Warren was being a little rambunkcious (but he sure did look handsome!)
Then we made the long trip home on Sunday and for the most part the kids did great!

Touch A Truck

We went to Gainesville today for "Touch A Truck". It was an event were kids could look at, climb on, sit in, etc all sorts of machines. They had a fire truck, ambulance, crane, bulldozer, dump truck, concrete truck, army vehicles, police cars, and many more. Besides the summer heat, it was a great time!

Big Boy Underwear

So this is going to be one of those posts that Warren will be mad at me for later:) I bought a pair of underwear for him and he really wanted to try them on. He was so excited about them! Here's just a little clip of the craziness....

Sitting up like a big girl!! She's still pretty wobbly but definitely getting the hang of it.

Cereal Time!

Macie is now five months old! So we tried cereal for the first time tonight. She really didn't care for it - not sure if she'll come around or maybe it just isn't her thing - we'll see:)
